James Randolph
married twice and had nine children. His second wife was Mary Dye.
Children with Mary included John, Nimrod, Rebecah, and Jeremiah. He
died in 1797 in North Carolina. Children from his first marriage
included Robert, William, James and Abraham. He died in 1797 in
North Carolina.
Nimrod Randolph Sr
was born about 1789 in Caswell County, North Carolina. He married Kitty
Wesley in Pulaski County, Kentucky on November 23, 1814. Nimrod had
seven children. He died May 27, 1874. Both Nimrod and Kitty
are buried in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
William Randolph,
son of Nimrod Sr, married Isabella Barber.
Nimrod Randolph Jr
was born November 22, 1852 and died January 1, 1933. Nimrod was
called "Pete". He married Sarah Jane Adams and had 7 children with her:
Victoria, Ama, Nannie, Cora, Ester, Cyrus B., Ollie. He is buried at
the New Sardis Cemetary, Pulaski County, Kentucky.
Isabell McKee
was born February 25, 1857 on Bethel Ridge, Kentucky and died June 1945 in
Cincinnati, Ohio. She was buried on Bethel Ridge Kentucky. She and
Nimrod Randolph never married (see McKee Roots for details), but gave
birth to Francis Marion McKee.
