Our comprehensive approach to effective ministry and service recognizes the need for a Church organization that understands and insists upon discipleship as well as evangelism. Individual growth and maturity are an essential part of the ministry of each local church. Getting one saved is the beginning of a life-long learning process. The local church is God’s agent in leading this learning endeavor.

Effective means of identifying one’s giftedness by the Holy Spirit demands training and follow-up and are a requirement God has placed on local church Pastors and leaders.

There are effective and necessary methods for determining congregational and community needs. Preparing the individuals in the local church for service and ministry in these regards is the responsibility of church leaders.

Assuring the on-going evaluation and critique of local church ministries through valid assessment processes is the responsibility of church leaders.
